• A one or two night deposit is required, depending on the length of stay, is required to confirm each reservation.
• Deposits can be made by cheque, money order, Visa or MasterCard.

Cancellation Policy

• Deposits are refundable, less $25 service charge, if cancellation notice is received more than 30 days prior to confirmed arrival date.
• If cancellation notice is received less than 30 days prior to confirmed arrival date, there is no deposit refund.

Payment

• Final payment is due upon arrival.
• Days lost due to late arrival or early departure will be charged at regular rate.
• Prices subject to change without notice. Off season rates may be applicable.

Pets

• Cedar Village Cottages & Skyline Motel:
  • Due to disruption of wild life and guest allergies, we have a NO PET policy.
  • Visiting pets are not allowed in units.
• Mackenzie Inn/Suites:
  • All pets must be pre-registered before registration will be accepted.
  • Small, non-shedding pets only.
  • Pets cannot be left alone in rooms, for any reason.
  • $10/day charge for each pet.
  • Visiting pets are not allowed in units.

Time

• Cedar Village Cottages check-in time is 5:00 pm.
• Mackenzie Inn/Suites and Skyline Motel check in time is 4:00 pm.
• Check out time is 11:00 am. Late check out only with prior special permission during May, June and September only.
• Office Hours are 8:30 am to 8:30 pm. Late arrivals must make prior arrangements to check in and for final payment.
